If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly make exchanges or refund your money, whichever you prefer. We'll also ask you one question: How can we better serve you? We want to know. If you don't want to tell us, that's O.K. too. You may exchange it or return the item within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. You will receive a refund of the cost of the purchased item's. The refund will be processed after the item to be returned has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are not refundable. To make a return or exchange for in-stock items, please contact us for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization). You MUST receive return authorization prior to returning any items for a refund or exchange. Returns must be received at our facility within 30 days of the orders delivery date.
