No one painted Santa Claus the way Norman Rockwell did. Rockwell's Santas were always careworn, immensely welcoming, and real. It's often said Rockwell painted more portraits of Santa in his career than any other illustrator.
Based on artwork from Norman Rockwell's A Drum for Tommy (Santa with Drum) cover illustration for the December 17, 1921 issue of The Country Gentleman.
Hand painted and glittered glass ornament measures 4.5" X 3.25" X 3.25" inches. Crafted with care and precision out of fine glass. Blown glass made by skilled glassblowers one at a time.
