Originally created as an advertisement for Sheaffer Pen Company in 1955. Measuring 12.5 x 10.25 inches, this original magazine tear sheet is personally signed by Rockwell in permanent ink in the lower center.
Part of a unique selection of exclusive signed copies donated to Norman Rockwell Museum Store, this item was not created through established limited edition printmakers like Atelier Ettinger Inc. or Circle Gallery. Although the print is a magazine tear sheet on newsprint pulled directly from a first edition publication, the signature is original in permanent ink. However, the paper quality is thin with original text visible. This item has not been conserved and shows slight stains and original address label as pictured.
