Norman Rockwell's Roadblock (Traffic Conditions) originally created for the July 9, 1949 Saturday Evening Post cover. Full color offset print measuring 19" by 25" inches, hand signed in permanent ink by Norman Rockwell.

A perfect example of Norman Rockwell's small town American charm, this scene of a small bulldog blocking traffic as the Pepies truck driver patiently coaxes the dog away from harm was inspired by nearby Troy, New York.
