The edition, measuring 24.5\" by 20\" inches, consists of 260 impressions on papier d'Arches. 200 were numbered and 60 artist proofs were signed in pencil by Norman Rockwell. An additional 35 impressions were signed and designated with roman numerals, and 25 deluxe artist proofs were printed on Inomachi Nacre (Japon) paper.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Sports Portfolio was originally used for the 1951 Brown and Bigelow Four Seasons calendar. When describing his calendar illustrations, Rockwell stated that \u003cem\u003e\"Each calendar is made up of four paintings, one for each season of the year.
