Norman Rockwell, Saturday Evening Post cover May 24, 1952.
Rockwell felt this was the more successful of the pair of covers following a day in the life of a young boy and girl. The original painting was donated to a community group raffle were it sold for only fifty cents, the current whereabouts remain unknown.
Single matted, powdered poplar frame. Hardware for hanging included. Matted and mounted in glass.
