Shipping Information

Domestic orders are shipped via Ground. Orders may not be shipped to PO Boxes. Your order will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Some orders require special attention:
  • International Customers We will contact you by email or phone with the exact amount for shipping to your country. We cannot calculate the correct amount online.
  • Framed Print Handling To preserve their fine quality, Framed Giclee Prints are individually packaged and shipped. There is a $5.00 fee for each Framed Print beyond the first one. This amount will be added after you place your order and will not be visible on your screen. Please allow 10 to 15 days delivery time for all custom framed giclees.
  • Signed Print Handling Due to their cost and sensitive nature, Signed Print purchases will incur an additional fee of $50.00 for special handling, shipping and insurance. This amount will be added after you place your order and will not be visible on your screen.

 

Return Policy

An old-fashioned Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly make exchanges or refund your money, whichever you prefer. We'll also ask you one question: How can we better serve you? We want to know. If you don't want to tell us, that's O.K. too. We believe that the customer is always right! You may exchange it or return the item within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. You will receive a refund of the cost of the purchased item's. The refund will be processed after the item to be returned has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer must pay return shipping charge unless it was our shipping error. Please contact the museum's Ordering Department if you have any further questions at 800.742.9450.

To make a return or exchange, please contact us for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization). You MUST receive return authorization prior to returning any items for a refund or exchange. Returns must be received at our facility within 30 days of the orders ship

When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, credit card number and expiration date. We consider this information to be strictly private, and we keep this information encrypted on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use this information only for the limited purpose of processing your order. If you choose to join our email newsletter list, you will receive notification of Museum events and store specials. You may opt-out of this list at any time.
