Shipping Information
Domestic orders are shipped via Ground. Orders may not be shipped to PO Boxes. Your order will be shipped within seven to ten days.
Some orders require special attention:
- International Customers
We will contact you by email or phone with the exact amount for shipping to your country. We cannot calculate the correct amount online.
- Framed Print Handling
To preserve their fine quality, Framed Prints are individually packaged and shipped. There is a $5.00 fee for each Framed Print beyond the first one. This amount will be added after you place your order and will not be visible on your screen.
- Signed Print Handling
Due to their cost and sensitive nature, Signed Print purchases will incur an additional fee of $50.00 for special handling, shipping and insurance. This amount will be added after you place your order and will not be visible on your screen.
Return Policy
An old-fashioned Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly make exchanges or refund your money, whichever you prefer. We'll also ask you one question: How can we better serve you? We want to know. If you don't want to tell us, that's O.K. too. We believe that the customer is always right!
To make a return or exchange, please contact us for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) by phone at 1 (800) 742-9450 or email RockwellStore@nrm.org. If possible, please have your order number handy.

When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, credit card number and expiration date. We consider this information to be strictly private, and we keep this information encrypted on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use this information only for the limited purpose of processing your order.
