I have one and it's one of my favorite Rockwell's.
I was lucky enough to tour this wonderful museum years ago. I bought the address book after the tour and it lasted many years. I had to purchase a 2nd one after it got water damage to it. I will continue to order them as often as I need to. There is plenty of room to write on each page.
